Slow Cooker Rezept: Pulled Pork
Pulled Pork ist ein köstliches Rezept, das besonders gut und einfach im Slow Cooker gelingt. Wir haben ein einfaches Rezept mit Genussfaktor! Für 4 Personen Dieses Rezept entspricht einer Handtellergröße Eiweiß. Zutaten: 800 Gramm Schweinenacken oder Schulter/ Schopfbraten 1 TL Koriandersamen 1 TL Kreuzkümmel, ganz 2
Ingredients:
- 800 grams of pork neck or shoulder / crab roast
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp whole cumin
- 2 tsp paprika powder, sweet or smoked paprika, gives “smokey flavor”
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp peppercorns
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 125 ml apple juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- Chop the onion and garlic as finely as possible. Let stand for at least 5 minutes.
- Roast the spices dry in a pan until they start to smell. Pound as finely as possible in the mortar.
- Process all ingredients except meat, apple juice and vinegar in a mortar to the finest possible mass.
- Spread thick on the meat from all sides. Let the meat marinate in a steel or glass jar for 12-24 hours.
- Put the meat (with marinade) in the slow cooker. Pour in apple juice and vinegar.
- At LOW 12-14 hours, HIGH 7-8 hours.
- Take the meat out of the slow cooker and tear it apart with two forks. Drizzle with the sauce.
